We offer flexible hours, working from home, part-time work and job sharing. In fact, around 40% of our team work part-time.

Learning and career development
We encourage and support our people to be life-long learners. This can include online and self-paced learning and external courses or workshops. We also offer paid or unpaid study leave related to your role.
Health and wellbeing
We offer an employee assistance program (EAP) for our employees and their immediate family. It’s a free and confidential service that provides access to mental health and wellbeing experts and online resources, such as webinars.
