• work with partners to increase adoption, practise change or create a self-sustaining entity.

• leading the creation of Goodstart Early Learning, now Australia’s largest not-for-profit early learning provider
• pioneering social impact bonds in Australia, unlocking new funding sources for promising programs
• creating Synergis Fund, a new way to create homes for people with disability.
