I’m passionate about supporting organisations to create sustainable, social impact at scale, to create genuine change for all people and communities to thrive.

Divya is a Principal in the Consulting team, with expertise in business planning, strategy development, mergers and acquisitions, and organisational effectiveness.

She has worked with social enterprises, non-profits and government agencies to measure, accelerate and scale their social impact. Over her time at SVA, Divya has worked on a range of diverse projects including: supporting a large and complex merger between two aged care providers, developing the organisational and program-level strategies for a community legal centre, and developing the business case for a new youth initiative supporting young people into meaningful, supported employment within the education and care sector. She also supported SVA’s work in understanding how to create social impact at scale, including co-authoring our paper on Impact at Scale.

Prior to joining SVA, Divya worked in management consulting at the Boston Consulting Group, in Australia, Canada and the United States, supporting a range of large-scale organisational transformation and strategy projects. She was also the Operations Manager at Deliveroo Australia overseeing supply chain management and logistics for the country.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Laws from Monash University.
