Emily Burke

Emily was a consultant at the Boston Consulting Group, where she advised senior government, not-for-profit and corporate clients across a range of industries. She specialises in strategy development, project management of large-scale transformations, customer analysis and human-centred design, and business planning and financial modelling.

Emily has also consulted and worked for a range of mission-driven technology startups. As Head of Strategy and Partnerships at Sempo, a fintech that helps NGOs deliver cash aid in remote communities, Emily managed a partnership with Oxfam to deliver $3M USD to 35,000 beneficiaries affected by natural disasters. As a senior executive at Insight Timer, Emily managed the teams responsible for delivering free mental wellness resources to 20 million community members.

Prior to management consulting, Emily was a Policy Fellow at the Department of Prime Minister and Cabinet, and a lawyer at the High Court of Australia. Emily holds masters degrees in public policy and law from the University of Oxford.
