Jo is an Associate Director in SVA’s employment team, working with employers to provide practical support for inclusive employment pathways. Her background supporting demand-led initiatives and stewarding pathways with large corporate employers to advance diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives gives her an intimate knowledge of how inclusion works in practise.

Jo’s past work leading the Given the Chance Social Enterprise for the Brotherhood of St Laurence also included operating a social purpose labour hire business including a Group Training Company. Jo is highly knowledgeable about how to support disadvantaged young people through on the job learning models and is also deeply connected within the training, employment service provider and community sectors.
