Louise Campbell
Director, Consulting
Although the past 25 years have been good to the Australian economy, it’s not always resulted in the kind of equitable society I wish to live in. As part of the SVA team, I am lucky enough to wake up every day and work on meaningful social issues – and to chip away at disadvantage faced by so many of our communities.
Louise is a Director, Consulting. She joined SVA in 2017 following a career of 20+ years spanning the commercial, public and not-for-profit sectors.
At SVA, Louise helps clients to define their strategic path and measure outcomes. She leads SVA Consulting’s work on financial wellbeing as well as focusing on work with First Australian communities. Recent examples of work include funeral financial hardship solutions for Aboriginal communities; developing a community co-design program for NSW Family & Community Services; and outcomes frameworks for Aboriginal legal services (ATSILS) and one of FACS Out of Home Care case work teams. She also recently authored “Shifting battlegrounds for financial wellbeing” for the SVA Quarterly. Prior to joining SVA, Louise worked in consulting, government, technology and banking in Australia, UK and Africa. She also led an international team at a large NGO reporting to the Board on operational risk.
Louise holds Masters degrees from both UNSW and Deakin University in Economics & International Development.
