I’m passionate about empowering diverse organisations and people to drive meaningful change by combining my skills and experiences with the incredible expertise, knowledge, and resources available across SVA.

Mandy is a Consultant in the Consulting team with expertise in program design and management, stakeholder engagement and consultation.

Mandy has a particular interest in building individual and organisational capability, and working alongside people with a variety of skill levels and backgrounds. During her time at SVA, Mandy has worked on diverse projects including – a review of the sexual, domestic and family violence crisis response services in the ACT, supporting an inner Sydney women’s organisation to build a sustainable measurement and evaluation framework and delivering an evaluation of STEM teacher professional development program for a large university after ten years of operation. She also led the development of the 2024 SVA Perspectives Paper on the intersection of alcohol and other drugs (AOD) and disadvantage in Australia.

Prior to SVA, Mandy worked with local community groups to deliver AOD harm prevention projects and she supported a northern Sydney youth mental health service with strategy, business development and fundraising. Mandy takes a keen interest in sustainability and sat on the board of inner Sydney urban farm, Pocket City Farms, for five years including two years as Chair.
