The commitment and expertise of everyone working at SVA is evident from the moment you walk in. It’s inspiring to be surrounded by so many likeminded individuals who are working towards the same goal – creating a society where all Australians thrive.

Prior to SVA, Marcelle worked in design and education. During her time as a designer, Marcelle received commissions from private businesses to schools and local councils. Her most memorable work was with the Cradle Coast Waste Management Group, where she created a range of media aimed at educating communities on circular economies. More recently, her passion for education and equity within the classroom lead her to primary teaching. Marcelle is now working within SVA’s Marketing team to grow awareness and help spread SVA’s message across Australia.

Marcelle has a Bachelor of Communication Design and a Masters of Primary Teaching (Monash University).
