I was attracted to SVA because of their work challenging social issues. I am motivated by roles that allow me to create positive connections that enrich people’s lives.

Rick is the People & Culture Officer at SVA and provides administrative and operational support on a wide range of people and culture needs and processes. Rick has worked in public sector roles including time spent in the criminal justice, education, and employment services industries.

Rick holds a Bsc in Sociology from University of Manchester and Certificate IV in Human Resources Management.
