The DIF’s investment criteria focused on:
- Ability to create meaningful social outcomes for people experiencing disadvantage in Australia
- Either at least $500,000 annualised revenue (for equity) or security available (for loans)
- Minimum investment ask of $500,000

The Fund at a glance
- Fund size was capped to ensure that the downside protection equals 20% of total Capital Commitments.
- The Investment Manager has the ability to make smaller or larger investments, capped at 20% of total Capital Commitments (with the exception of equity investments capped at 10% of total Capital Commitments), unless otherwise approved.

The Diversified Impact Fund reached Final Close in June 2018 at Maximum Fund Size of $15 million. The Fund is no longer open to new applications.
